It really depends on how many Cotton Confections you’re looking to purchase and how complex of your custom design is. Typically it takes around 10 business days to process your order, create a custom label you love, fresh spin all of your Cotton Confections, and then ship them out.

We pack all of our Cotton Confections in food safe, tamper proof containers. This means that our Cotton Confections will stay fresh and scrumptious longer than other packaging methods. While we recommend you enjoy our Cotton Confections within 7 days, containers that remain unopened and have traveled well will last for 4-8 weeks. But, fresh spun sugar is fragile. The elements like heat, moisture and humidity all impact the quality of Cotton Confections. As such, please make sure that you store your Cotton Confections in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Also, please note that some shrinkage during shipping is common and to be expected.
